PROGRAM LEVEL 1: 

1.  Orientation

9.  Jump from pool side

PROGRAM LEVEL 2: 

1.  Exhale in water

2.  Open eyes under water

3.  Submerge

4.  Glide forward and recover

5.  Float and glide backwards and recover

6.  Water safety sequence

BEGINNER COURSE

GOALS: 

1.  Develop confidence

2.  Arouse interest and enthusiasm

4.  Be able to survive in water

ADVANCE COURSE

3.   Breastroke leg action

4.   Demonstrate survival sculling

5.   Survival backstoke

6.   Breastroke

7.   Demonstrate surface dive

8.   Demonstrate a dive entry

ADULT COURSE

GOALS: 

1.   Improve basic swimming skills

2.   Develop confidence

3.   Develop stroke technique

4.   Improve fitness and endurance in water 

PROGRAM: 

1.   Basic floating

2.   Glide forward and recover

3.   Freestyle

4.   Backstroke

5.   Demonstrate survival sculling

COMPETITIVE COURSE 

GOAL: 

 

To master the four (4) Swimming Strokes for competition

PROGRAM:

The program is designed to further refine technique, introduce butterfly stroke, use of the pace clock, correct starts and turns, goal setting and to increase the swimmer’s endurance base and fitness levels.
