COMPETITIVE COURSE
GOAL:
To master the four (4) Swimming Strokes for competition
PROGRAM:
The program is designed to further refine technique, introduce butterfly stroke, use of the pace clock, correct starts and turns, goal setting and to increase the swimmer’s endurance base and fitness levels.
